Fantastic Customer Service and Discount
There was a 60 percent off sale I put an order for, but one of my chrome extensions added a 55 percent off discount that took precedence for whatever reason instead! I fired Boohoo's Customer Service an email describing my odd case, and not even a day later I received an email from Jordon. Jordon helped resolve the problem and kept me up to date until my refund was returned back to me. You couldn't have pleaded for more help! In addition, before this event, I ordered from Boohoo and I always love the quality of the products—especially the shoes! Boohoo is my new favorite spot for shoes:) I also love not having to think about any surprise taxes or tariffs when they turn up at my house, too.

I've ordered all sorts of boohoo clothes, and frankly, I've never been disappointed. When I first purchased, I was a little doubtful because it was so cheap, but after a few orders from this website, I was never disappointed. All my deliveries came on time except one, which arrived a week or so late, but they were really good at reminding me about it, and they also got me a 10 percent coupon code:D The stuff is pretty decent and all the clothes come in separate (cute) zip bags-which I love! My overall experience was just lovely, I'm certainly going to be a regular client.

Have ordered too many times from Boohoo UK. I was just disappointed once at the consistency of the top that I ordered. Other than that, it's awesome. On my last order, I had to reach out to the customer service for a somewhat broken swimsuit. I recorded it for my return until I was informed that the swimsuits could not be retrieved. This meant that I had to tell the customer service about returning it, and after a few emails back and forth, they let me have the swimsuit as well as send me a £5 coupon as an apology. This service was great, and I can't thank Boohoo enough.
Highly recommend Boohoo
I buy daily on the Boohoo website, and I'm still very happy with my orders. The first day I ordered them, I was so pleased with my shipments that I emailed them how awesome they were and they didn't send me an email a day later. I typically buy 6 or 7 items at a time, and even if it takes about two weeks to arrive, it's worth it. They've never lost a box of mine or lost any size or object. They have amazing sales every day, and once I was on the website, and I placed some things in my cart, but I didn't totally check out, and a day later I got an email asking me how they knew I had items in my cart, and they gave me an extra coupon on my order if I wanted to go through it.
