Great virtual tour at Sofology
Considering that the stores are closed to the public, I had a virtual tour of a staff member who was very helpful in guiding me through the sizes and styles that would suit my living room. When it was clear that what I had in mind would not fit, I was shown alternative options. Measurements have been converted to units that I have better understood. Thank you, Stephen... You were so professional, and it was obvious that you knew your stuff.
Really nice employees at Sofology
Upon entering the Kirkcaldy store, I immediately noticed that there was ample provision for sanitizing hands. The staff were friendly, accessible, but not too overbearing. There was a clearly marked route to follow around the store, allowing people to maintain social distances. All the staff were able to answer any questions effectively, and at no time were we driven to "difficult selling." It's just unfortunate that the discount has been stopped!!!
